Complete Production Line – Includes a hydraulic uncoiler with coil loading car, material entry guide table, roll forming system, flying shear, PLC control system, hydraulic station, and product collection table.
Material Compatibility – Processes steel (.0140–.0161) and aluminum (.018–.032) coils with a max coil weight of 6,500 lbs and width of 19.875”.
High-Speed Forming – Achieves up to 80 ft/min forming speed with 18 rolling stations for consistent profile accuracy.
Precision Cutting – Equipped with a hydraulic flying shear using GCr12 quenched blades for distortion-free cuts and minimal waste.
Advanced Control System – Powered by Delta PLCs and touch screen interface for automated length, quantity, and speed control with ±1.5mm tolerance.
Durable Build – Features a steel plate welded structure, 45# precision-machined shafts, and D2 chrome-plated dyes for long-lasting performance.
