5T Hydraulic Decoiler – Supports and unwinds coils up to 5 tons, with automated control and pneumatic braking for smooth operation.
Loading Car – Facilitates easy coil handling and positioning.
PLC Control Cabinet – Powered by Delta PLC and Omron encoder, featuring a touch screen interface with multi-language support (English/Chinese).
Hydraulic Cutting System – Uses GCr12 quenched blades for clean, distortion-free cuts.
Run-Out Table – 9.5’ long, built from welded square tubing for reliable product collection.
